Working Groups
Working Groups will be set up address specific issues or themes identified by the Community Forum. (Examples: Environment, Sports, and Leisure, Youth etc)
The Working Groups will be task orientated and an administrative committee will be appointed to co-ordinate meetings and reports.
The functions of the Working Groups and listings of the Estates that make up the Town Areas are set out as follows:-
Functions of the Working Groups
• Working Groups will formulate a plan to address specific issues and outline targets i.e. short-term, medium-term and long-term.
• Each Working groop will be issue based and have terms of reference to include a policy and reporting procedure.
• Members of a Working Group commit to the project at hand, determined by the Community Forum.
• Each Working Group will be subject to similar policies and procedures as the forum Administration Committee and the Representative Committee. The Working Group may disband if there are no further issues to address.

The Working Group meetings will be open to all who are interested; the Forum may invite participation from workers with expertise in the specific theme or issue.
